Trailer Kit G : 2000Kg Tandem Axle Assembly
This kit includes the undercarriage for a standard tandem axle 1500mm chassis trailer. Axle rating is 2000 Kg. (1000Kg per axle) Spring SWL 2000 Kg. Brakes are required over 750Kg. We recommend brakes on both axles on this assembly. This undercarriage is not recommended for large Off-road rims.
Not included are the rims and tyres and body work steel.
- 2 X B0211 40mm SQUARE AXLE: 1955mm
- 1 X D0804-14 7 LEAF ROCKER LOADSHARING SPRING ASSEMBLY : springs 625x45x6mm
- 2 X D1771 U BOLT KITS : 12mm U-bolts, fish plates and saddles to bolt axles to springs.
- 1 X C2108 Ford MECHANICAL DISC BRAKE Assembly : Includes rotors, callipers, bearings & mount plates
- 2 X C0105 Ford HUB ASSEMBLIES : Includes bearings, dustcap, wheel nuts & seal
- 1 X A0108 50mm MECHANICAL Override COUPLING : Includes lever plate
- 1 x C2910 CABLE KIT : includes cable, adjuster, pulleys and crimps
